I want to have a conversation with you first — no pitch, no pressure. Tell me what matters and what you're comfortable spending. If this is your first home, we'll go slower and I'll explain everything as we go.
I'll send you homes worth your time, not every new listing. We tour on your schedule — or on video if you're relocating. You'll get my honest read on each one, especially the ones to walk away from.
We'll choose a number together, backed by what comparable homes actually sold for. I read every disclosure line by line — HOA documents included — then negotiate hard so you win without overpaying.
I'll coordinate the inspectors, lender, and escrow so you're never left wondering. After closing, I'm still your person — for the contractor referral or the question years down the road.
About
I grew up in Palo Alto and went through its local public schools, so Silicon Valley isn't just where I work — it's home. Before real estate, I spent years in retail sales, where I learned what it really means to take care of people: listening closely, staying patient, and making sure every customer feels heard. I bring that same hands-on care to every client I work with today. As a buyer's agent, I know the opportunities and challenges families face here because I've lived them myself, and I love combining that local knowledge with a genuine commitment to service.
My very first real estate sale was buying a home for my own parents. That raised the stakes in a way no training could have prepared me for — I wasn't just representing a client, I was representing my family, and I felt every ounce of pressure to get it right. I'd worked with buyers many times before as a sales professional, but nothing tests your thoroughness like knowing the people on the other side of the deal are the people who raised you. That same level of care and attention is what I bring to every buyer I work with now.
