How I Work
Buying a home in Silicon Valley shouldn't feel like a mystery. Here's exactly what to expect when we team up — whether it's your first home, a move across the country, or the next step up.
I want to have a conversation with you first — no pitch, no pressure. Tell me what matters: the neighborhood you picture, what you're comfortable spending, when you'd like to be in. If you're new to the Bay Area or buying for the first time, we'll go slower and I'll explain everything as we go. Then we build a plan around your life, not the market's noise.
I'll send you homes worth your time, not every listing that hits the market. We tour on your schedule — evenings and weekends included — and if you're relocating, I'll walk you through on video so you never have to guess. You'll get my honest read on every place, especially the ones I think you should walk away from.
When you find the one, I'll show you exactly what comparable homes have sold for so we can choose a number together with confidence. I read every disclosure line by line — the HOA documents, the inspection reports, the details most people skim — and then I negotiate hard on price, terms, and contingencies so you win the home without overpaying for it.
I'll coordinate the inspectors, the lender, and escrow, and keep you posted so you're never wondering what's happening. If you're selling as you buy, we'll time the two so you're not caught between mortgages. After closing, I'm still your person — for the contractor referral, the tax question, or whatever comes up years down the road.
